Our goal was to create a healthy liquid chocolate that was indistinguishable from standard ones. We definitely think we achieved it because the product is very balanced, with a great texture and taste and without the feeling of being something with sweeteners or “sugar free”.
This new product is fast becoming one of our most successful products.
The important thing for him is:
- No added sugar. To create a product with a low glycemic index and lower calories, it was important to avoid sugar. The product contains maltitol, stevia, allowing us to reach the most natural sweetness.
- Protein. Adding protein to a total content of 20% gives the best balance between taste and functionality.
- Cocoa. We use 2 types of cocoa because each has different characteristics. One imparts aroma and flavor, the other density and color.
- Fibers. On top of all that, Creamella has a high prebiotic fiber content.
- No palm oil.
